Pre-qualification

Before beginning the search for your new home you should find out the home mortgage amount you qualify for. It only takes a couple of minutes to complete the pre-qualification interview but it can save you the huge disappointment of finding you dream home and then losing it because you can't afford the mortgage or you discover that your credit rating is not what you thought.

Once we receive your application it will be reviewed and you will then be contacted about the amount of home financing that you will be eligible to borrow. You can then begin the search for your new home with confidence. Once pre-qualified, you are under no obligation to take out home financing - it's merely a convenient tool to aid the buying process.

We will also communicate to you what personal financial documentation and details are required to obtain a full lender approval.
